Swami Vivekananda by his famous saying brought out all those way.  “Each soul is potentially divine the goal is to manifest this divinity within by controlling nature internal and external. Do this either by work or worship or psychic or philosophy- by one or mor or all of this and be free”

Mind controll is the  way to realize the divinity or to achieve the state of Samadhi.

Man has only one Mind in normal that is with emotion . if we directly impose some discipline it will split once mind into two and create  two contradicted   mind result will be the mental disorder .
